Michael Hayes is pleased to offer teacher training in Buddha Body Yoga™.
Michael has developed a system utilizing Vinyasa yoga with a therapeutic influence to allow people of large size to benefit from a full yoga practice.
With a specifically developed sequence and the use of props, you will learn how to safely and effectively work with all body types.
Learn which specific challenges Buddha Bodies face. Teach them to feel their body in space. Learn to utilize weight shifting and change patterns that are commonly seen in larger people.
In this teacher training, you will learn to teach Buddha Bodies how to develop a customized yoga practice that they can eventually do on their own. Help them develop the confidence and skills to walk into any open yoga class and shine!
This teacher training is for practitioners with a solid foundation in yoga or other movement systems.
