Drop-Ins are welcomed for classes only if you have registered for a class series. This excludes Sunday Yoga Wall class.
Restorative Yoga Beginning Level
Tuesdays 7:15 PM -8:45 PM
Restorative Yoga is beneficial for everyone. The poses are supported with props so the student may hold the poses longer (minimum 5 minutes). This allows for more attention to the breath, encourages deeper levels of awareness, and nourishes the nervous system, immune system, brain and the internal organs. The results leave you feeling refreshed, as if you've had an internal massage.
This is appropriate for all levels, including those who have been inactive or "out of shape" as well as those who want a safe, less athletic approach to coming home to their body. It will include meditations for healing and expert hands on assists. Joni has clear instructions and a soothing voice that invites you to experience each pose as a meditation in itself.
4 weeks, $150 for all 4 sessions Minimum of 4 students, max 8.
